Abstract

The dependence of the Burns temperature on the parameters of the regions of structural heterogeneity was determined and the freezing temperature of a separate polar nanoregion was estimated within the framework of the phenomenological model of random temperature proposed to describe the properties of ferroelectric relaxors. It is shown that taking into account the temperature dependence of the free energy of the polar region is important for determining the dependence of the relaxation frequency on temperature.
