Abstract
The legal worker is an indispensable part of the legal procedure system of our country. They are mainly engaged in litigation and consulting services, and earnestly perform the duty of safeguarding the rights of the parties, which makes the recognition and trust of them in today’s society keep rising. This paper takes the legal workers as the core, combines the relevant laws and regulations and the actual situation, discusses in detail the historical origin of the legal workers, the existing problems in the current development and gives the relevant countermeasures on the actual problems.
