Abstract

Creative interaction in the "conductor-orchestra" system is a complex, urgent and multifaceted problem. At present, there is a large number of professional teams that need highly trained specialists. In the modern conditions of a multi-level system of musician training, the problem of training highly professional orchestra players capable of carrying out professional activities in an orchestra group acquires a special role. At the same time, the level of training of graduates of music universities does not always meet the requirements of orchestra directors. In addition, the tasks of training personnel for orchestral groups have not yet been the subject of in-depth and systematic study, which may explain the relevance of the article.
