Abstract

To study the impact of watercut factor on the efficiency of condensate transportation from Umid field, the paper analyzes the results of numerous laboratory experiments on the research of dehydration process of condensate, artificially mixed with various types of water. Technological consistency of dehydration process was carried out in such a way that to obtain maximum amount of dehydrated product with allowable agent charge and minimum amount of residual water. The dependence of dehydration rate on its time according to the factor of different mixtures of condensate in various agent rates and temperatures has been studied. The time of settling of dehydration process of an emulsion was estimated with amount of separated water in corresponding agent rate. It was specified that the average optimum rate of the agent used for efficient dehydration of condensate is equal to 45 g/t.
