Abstract
The main systematic and random errors of atomic emission spectral analysis and various procedures used for their reduction are considered: classical internal standard approach, non-spectral matrix effects, the use of several spectral lines of the analyte and internal standard with and without weight coefficients, signal drift, instability of sample injection and conditions of spectra excitation. The necessity of incorporating those methods into the software of the devices intended for atomic emission spectral analysis with various sources of spectrum excitation, including inductively coupled plasma is demonstrated. An algorithm and stand-alone program for optimization of the calibration curve based on multiline recording of the spectral lines of matrix elements and analyte, internal standards, solvent, and discharge atmosphere, capable of implementing the above methods of error reduction both in calibration and analysis are developed.

 ðàáîòå [1], îïóáëèêîâàííîé â 1985 ã. è ïîñâÿùåííîé èñïîëüçîâàíèþ âíóòðåííåé ñòàíäàðòèçàöèè â íåäàâíî ïîÿâèâøåìñÿ òîãäà ìåòîäå àòîìíî-ýìèññèîííîé ñïåêòðîìåòðèè ñ èíäóêòèâíî-ñâÿçàííîé ïëàçìîé (ÈÑÏ-ÀÝÑ), îòìå÷àåòñÿ, ÷òî íà íà÷àëüíîì ýòàïå ðàçâèòèÿ ìåòîäà ÀÝÑÀ è äî ââåäåíèÿ âíóòðåííåé ñòàíäàðòèçàöèè ïåðñïåêòèâû êîëè÷åñòâåííîãî ÀÝÑÀ áûëè ìðà÷íûìè. Äëÿ îáîñíîâàííîãî âûáîðà ýëåìåíòà âíóòðåííåãî ñòàíäàðòà è åãî ñïåêòðàëüíîé ëèíèè â ìåòîäå ÈÑÏ-ÀÝÑ ìîæíî èñïîëüçîâàòü è òåîðåòè÷åñêèé ïîäõîä. Ìîæíî îòìåòèòü, ÷òî ê íàñòîÿùåìó âðåìåíè äàæå ïðè ñòàáèëèçàöèè óñëîâèé ââîäà ïðîáû, âîçáóæäåíèÿ ñïåêòðàëüíûõ ëèíèé è ðåãèñòðàöèè èõ èíòåíñèâíîñòè, à òàêæå ïðèìåíåíèè âíóòðåííåãî ñòàíäàðòà (ââåäåíèå ýëåìåíòà âíóòðåííåãî ñòàíäàðòà â ïðîáû è ãðàäóèðîâî÷íûå îáðàçöû èëè èñïîëüçîâàíèå â êà÷åñòâå âíóòðåííåãî ñòàíäàðòà ìàòðè÷íîãî ýëåìåíòà) òî÷íîñòü ÀÝÑÀ ñ ÈÑÏ è òëåþùèì ðàçðÿäîì ïî Ãðèììó íå ïðåâûøàåò 3 – 5 % îòí.  ðàáîòå [18] äëÿ àòîìíî-ýìèññèîííîãî îïðåäåëåíèÿ îñíîâíûõ êîìïîíåíòîâ â áèíàðíîì ñïëàâå ëàíòàí – êîáàëüò ñ èñïîëüçîâàíèåì âûñîêî÷àñòîòíîãî ôàêåëüíîãî ðàçðÿäà îïåðàöèîííûå óñëîâèÿ àíàëèçà îïòèìèçèðîâàëè ìåòîäîì ìíîãîôàêòîðíîãî ïëàíèðîâàíèÿ ýêñïåðèìåíòà òàê, ÷òîáû âëèÿíèå ñîñòàâà ïðîáû íà óñëîâèÿ âîçáóæäåíèÿ â ñïåêòðàëüíîì èñòî÷íèêå áûëî ìàêñèìàëüíûì.
