Abstract

Wireless relay cooperation emerges as key technology for enhancing transmission reliability, network capacity and coverage. This is a newly emerged area which has a lot of potential to support high data rate communication. Such wireless network operates in hostile environment where signal quality effected due to the presence of scatters in between communication link and they are responsible for the phenomena of shadowing and path-loss. Besides it, quality of signal also effected from multi-path fading phenomena, here constructive and destructive combining of signals occur at the receiver. It is quite challenging for the receiver to recover the original message correctly in presence of additive and multiplicative noise. Hence, for such type of network, a unified approach is required to attract researchers and resolved various unaddressed issues till now. In this paper, multi-hop decode & forward parallel relay network is studied and establish a closed form expression of outage probability for Nakagami-m channel. Nakagami-m channel, decode and forward mode, signal to noise power ratio, probability density function, outage probability.
