Abstract
This chapter describes the moduli spaces of Todorov surfaces. It is possible for a Todorov surface to have deformations which are not Todorov surfaces. The chapter explains double covers of surfaces in the presence of rational double points and presents a modification of the classical canonical resolution process for desingularizing the double cover of a smooth surface branched along a singular curve, which has the advantage of producing the minimal desingularization of the double cover.
