Abstract

The issues of remuneration of employees of state institutions are becoming relevant in the light of recent changes in the regulation of remuneration of public sector employees, as well as the situation that has developed in the labor market, when there is a shortage of teachers and medical workers, despite the fact that universities in the region annually produce specialists in these areas. This situation develops due to the fact that graduates are not employed in their specialty. The main reason for choosing other jobs is low wages in budget organizations.
