Abstract
The issues of remuneration of employees of state institutions are becoming relevant in the light of recent changes in the regulation of remuneration of public sector employees, as well as the situation that has developed in the labor market, when there is a shortage of teachers and medical workers, despite the fact that universities in the region annually produce specialists in these areas. This situation develops due to the fact that graduates are not employed in their specialty. The main reason for choosing other jobs is low wages in budget organizations. The article provides information on the main issues of remuneration of employees of state organizations. The authors present the calculations of wages of employees in budgetary organizations. A comparison of the salary structure of a teacher and an employee of a commercial organization is carried out. The article considers the stimulation of personnel by increasing incentive payments, which affect the increase in labor productivity. The authors have proposed recommendations for the introduction of incentive payments. The creation of the proposed conditions will directly entail an increase in the number of highly qualified personnel in the labor market.
