Abstract
AbstractFrom the known change of energy band structure of bismuth and bismuth‐antimony alloys Bi1−xSbx under hydrostatic pressure the dependence of carrier concentration on the Fermi energy of holes is calculated. This dependece points to a non‐parabolic dispersion relation of holes.
