Abstract

A suitable dualization is used for construction of unconstrained dual programs to a certain rather general class of optimal control problems. Using the effective tool of convex analysis, conditions are specified, under which costs of those dual programs are differentiable. The developed theory is illustrated on examples representing simultaneously main areas of applicability of the presented approach.
