Abstract
The corotating frame evolution equations are obtained for fluxes by means of the kinetic equation. The evolution (constitutive) equations thus obtained are now fully consistent with the evolution equations in continuum mechanics. A pair of rules are given for obtaining the corotating frame versions from the fixed frame evolution equations previously derived from the kinetic equation.
