Abstract
В данной работе мы предложили систему нелинейных уравнений относительно потенциала электрического поля и температуры, описывающую процесс нагрева полупроводниковых элементов электрической платы с последующим тепловым "пробоем". Для данной системы уравнений мы доказали существование непродолжаемого во времени классического решения, а также получили достаточные условия разрушения решения за конечное время.
