GORDON HULLFISH Professor of Education at The Ohio State University, is wellknown for his contributions to the Philosophy of Education. He was a member of the original Board of Directors of The Social Frontier. He has contributed to professional journals and books, including The Educational Frontier, The Community School, and Adventures in the Reconstruction of Education. He was formerly President of the Philosophy of Education Society, and is at present Vice-President and Acting Executive Secretary-Treasurer of the John Dewey Society.
