Abstract

It would be impossible to imagine incorporating the natural riches of the northern and eastern regions into our country's economy without the existing network of mobile construction teams. These teams' operation is inextricably linked to the application of the watch system of work organization [1]. Practical experience has shown that these teams are very efficient from the economic standpoint. However, several acute social problems arise in this regard, including team members' separation from their families, the longer work day, the concentration of leisure time, and so forth. Among the most pressing questions is that of stabilizing watch team personnel; labor turnover sometimes reaches critical proportions.
