Abstract

In the article, the author analyzes the essence of the Western concept of "human rights and freedoms", in relation to the legislation of Russia, on the example, the problems of their implementation in criminal proceedings. The study was carried out through the prism of the author's vision of the problem, the intervention of Western states in the internal affairs of the Russian Federation with the introduction not only into the minds of Russian citizens, but also into the state apparatus of the Russian Federation of the liberal ideology of "human rights", which is not only the antipode of "citizen's rights", but alien to Russian self-consciousness, since they are the religion of Western society. The author describes the signs of the ideology of "human rights" in the legal and socio-political contexts. It is concluded that the West believes that all states, including Russia, should accept the Western path of development. The purpose of introducing the concept of "human rights and freedoms" is the destruction of the Russian state.
