Abstract

In a rule-of-law state, the execution of a judicial act is an integral element of the constitutional right to judicial protection. Problems arising in the general procedure for enforcement proceedings are relevant in theory and legal practice. The purpose of the study is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the general procedure for enforcement proceedings. The research methods are logical, comparative legal, critical, chronological and other methods were used. The results obtained are recommended for solving problems related to the execution of a judicial act, expanding theoretical ideas regarding the general procedure for enforcement proceedings, and developing recommendations for improving practice in this direction.
