Abstract
In order to establish a uniform procedure for determining staff tables for administrative-managerial and service personnel of the higher educational institutions, and guided by the "General Regulations on the Ministries of the USSR," confirmed by Decree No. 640, of July 10, 1967, issued by the USSR Council of Ministers, I ORDER that: 1. Model staff tables shall be ratified for administrative-managerial and service personnel of the higher educational institutions under the USSR Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education in accordance with Appendices 1-3.
