Abstract

The article addresses to the doctrine of personality in the philosophy of classical Eurasianism, which Stefan Wiederkehr analizes in one of the paragraphs of his book “Eurasian Movement. Science and Politics in the Russian Emigration of the Interwar Period and in Post-Soviet Russia”. In the study of Eurasianism XX and XXI centuries, the author presents Eurasianism as a speech act, pursuing a political goal in a particular historical context. The topic of Eurasianism and literature, as well as the religious aspect, which is key in the philosophy of classical Eurasianism, are left out of the study. In matters relating to "personology", the author assesses the idea of the classics of the Eurasian movement about the "multinational" or "collective" personality, as Russian philosophers of the early 20th century see Russia-Eurasia.
