Abstract

E-commerce in Trade Fair means that exhibition participants reorganize its traditional exhibition operation flow based on network through information technology. This new operation is characterized by multi-channels and all rounded business, management, commerce, service by means of consumption electronics and network. In China people feel difficult to handle the speedy developing problem in E-commerce in Trade Fair. The problem lies in our shortage of inter-disciplinary talents majoring in trade fair and E-commerce, which will bring about the management problem about how to supervise those major persons in trade fair in developing e-commerce system in trade fair. This is also the true to persons in charge of developing E-commerce technology in trade fair. As a result, difficult problems in communication, control and purchase and etc are apparent in the development of E-commerce system in trade fair. The paper proposes the ideas of the promotion of management sense and level in the process of developing the system on the basis of references, deep dialogues and focus dialogues, especially in introduction of inspection & management corporations in terms of control, communication and purchase. In practical operation of control management, the cost control depends on cost performance. Besides, cost management should be coordinated with quality management, progress management so as to avoid poor result of quality and progress due to narrow cost management as well as any systematic risk of construction of e-commerce project of trade fair. Through interviews, researchers get the idea that managers of progress management should have a global view and an integral angle while project staff should have time sense and cooperation spirit. In practical operation of communication management, organizers should construct 3-dimensional communication system based on communication information flow to enable orders from superiors to reach every member effectively, and to enable orders among middle management to be digested effectively. Each organization has “opinion leaders”, who can influence others. The managers should pay attention to these “opinion leaders” and try to help them to bring their communication into developing projects. Sometimes, Managers can nurture some “opinion leaders” to promote the development of E-commerce project in trade fair. In practical operation of purchasing management, the contract management and interaction of supply should be chained in E-commerce project of trade fair. Both sides of supply and demand are required to enter supply chain to provide products and services according to strict requirements. As a result, the total cost of the whole supply chain can be reduced through on-time purchasing and production. Through performance-oriented mechanism by interactive coordination, the company can carry out information communication management by means of 3-dimension and multi-channels. Besides, the company can realize the goal of systematic development in high efficiency by means of an efficient purchase management of professional institutions or channels.
