Abstract
Orbital magnetism of a 2D and 3D systems of charges moving in a homogeneous magnetic field and parabolic potential well are considered in one-particle approximation at initial stages of filling the energy spectrum. An analytical solutions for magnetic moment as a function of filling the energy spectrum, the intensity of the magnetic field and the shape of the potential well has been obtained and briefly discussed.
