Abstract
The use of the Joint Interval Histogram technique for rhythm analysis of slow biological potentials is described. This technique allows the investigator to recognize relationships between adjacent intervals in long runs of temporal data. The mechanization of this method of analysis through the design of a new circuit is described. The approach offers flexibility; a wide variety of data analysis applications can be handled utilizing the JIH technique.
