Abstract
Labor identity plays a very important role in labor education. Labor identity is an important factor affecting the effectiveness of college students' labor education. However, labor identity has a paradoxical dilemma, that is, the contradiction between social labor identity and individual labor identity becomes the key to restrict college students' labor education, and the alienation of social labor identity leads to the alienation of individual labor. The reasons are directly related to traditional culture, social atmosphere and school education. Under the current background, it is necessary to re-cultivate individual labor identity from the institutional level, the school level and the individual level, so as to realize the return of social labor identity.
