Abstract
Let 𝔤𝔦𝔪(A [2]) be the generalized intersection matrix algebra associated to the 2-fold affinization A [2] of a simply-laced Cartan matrix . The root system, nondegenerate invariant bilinear form, and Weyl group of 𝔤𝔦𝔪(A [2]) are discussed.
