Abstract
This study aims to undertake a critical reassessment of Oliveira Vianna's views on Constitutional Law, with a primary focus on his views on legal theory and constitutional theory. The objective is to scrutinize his legal writings and reflections on legal phenomena, while also investigating his incorporation of foreign doctrines and theories in shaping his intellectual framework.
