Abstract
The Geppler viscometer was developed, manufactured and tested to measure the viscosity of well production under industrial conditions. In laboratory conditions, a universal dependence of the viscosity of well production on fluid temperature and its watering was obtained for oil production conditions at Urals-Volga fields. The completed volume of measurements of the oil viscosity of wells in LLC Sheshmaoil Company showed the effectiveness of measuring the oil viscosity in field conditions.
