Abstract
The Eustachian tube is a conduit between the middle ear and the nasopharynx, allowing the aeration and drainage of the middle ear air space while protecting the ear from contaminants from the nasopharynx. In-office Eustachian tube endoscopy can be a powerful tool to aid in the diagnosis and management of obstructive and patulous Eustachian tube dysfunction. In this chapter, we review the background and technique for Eustachian tube endoscopy, illustrated with clinical cases.
