Abstract
New ODMR signals have been observed in ZnSe:Cu crystals by monitoring the Cu-green, Cu-red and IR emissions. The results are interpreted in terms of direct DAP recombination involving Cu Zn and Cu-X centres and two step processes via the excited copper states of these centres.
