Abstract
The paper presents a typical course of realization of a wind park project in the Republic of Serbia. Through a review of the legal regulations and administrative procedures in the process of obtaining the necessery permits and consents, as well as the preparation of all stages of project-technical documentation, the flow of activities that must be carried out on the way from the idea to obtaining a use permit and connecting the wind farm to the power grid is presented in detail. On the example of a wind farm project with a total installed capacity of over 10 MW, an analysis of the administrative procedure, legal regulations and technical requirements was carried out with an explanation of each activity during the realization of this project. A methodology was formed that can be used for a more thorough assessment of the scope and complexity of activities during the development of such projects, including photovoltaic power plants. Accordingly, it is desirable to use software tools for project monitoring and management. It is expected that this paper will be useful in considering the necessary activities for the development of such and similar projects in the field of renewable energy sources.
