Abstract

Ocular lymphoproliferative disorders are a heterogenous group of pathologic disorders with significant impact on quality of life and, at times, may be life-threatening. Due to the rarity of these disorders, information regarding proper diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis is limited. This review summarizes the key features of the unique diseases within this group of lymphoproliferative disorders, with a focus on disease presentation, diagnostic considerations, and treatment and prognosis. High-quality data from recent studies have provided answers regarding clinical outcomes for subsets of ocular lymphoproliferative disorders and are included herein. New diagnostic techniques are also discussed as well as current treatment strategies. Ocular lymphoproliferative disorders are a rare group of diseases. Key features of each disease is presented in this review in a concise and readable format, as well as updated information regarding diagnostic considerations and treatment options.
