Abstract

Abstract. The article considers the peculiarities of the use of labor resources and human resources of agricultural enterprises. The provision of personnel security enterprises, peculiarities of building systems and mechanisms of personnel safety management at agrarian enterprises are considered. Theoretical-methodical and applied principles of construction and functioning of mechanisms and systems of management of personnel safety of agrarian enterprises are substantiated. The methodological principles of the levels of compliance of the personnel of agrarian enterprises with the tasks of realization of development programs, introduction of production and technological innovations are determined. Purpose. Theoretical generalization and scientific substantiation of theoretical-methodical and applied principles of construction and functioning of mechanisms and systems of management of water safety of agrarians. Identification of features of construction of systems and mechanisms of management of personnel safety at agrarian enterprises. Result. Substantiated conceptual principles of personnel safety at agrarian enterprises; main measures, levers and instruments to prevent personnel risks and threats; algorithm and procedures of personnel management through the general system of management of personnel safety of the enterprise. Conclusions. Personnel safety is an important functional component of the economic security of the enterprise, as it affects all processes of its functioning. Measures to improve the process of managing human resources will be not only to increase the level of effective functioning of the enterprise, but also to ensure supremacy.
