Abstract
Objective To explore the occupational hazards of staff members in pharmacy intravenous admixture service and take measures to avoid occupational diseases.Methods Various risk factors were observed and analyzed during the work in pharmacy intravenous admixture service and pertinently,then we put forward protection countermeasures.Results Staff' s awareness of self-protection was enhanced; meanwhile the work flow rules and regulations were gradually consummated in pharmacy intravenous admixture service.Conclusions Professional training and strict management system and standard operating procedures and so on before working can reduce the hurt of staff and the hospital infection rate.
