Abstract
Based on the literature review in the past thirty years, the authors sorted out the definition, influencing factors, measurement methods, evaluation models and practical applications of user experience, focused on the analysis of measurement methods and research models, summarized the shortcomings of user experience research, and gave directions that might have research value in the future.
