Abstract

The article deals with social conflicts; the main conflict actors that stimulated critical situations and took part in them are singled out; the spheres of contradictions are analyzed. Moreover, the varieties of conflicts are characterized, and protest types of behaviour of the population as well as their sociopsychological direction and motives are identified. The research was based on the rarely used kind of source (alphabetical desktop registers of Samara provincial revtribunal) and a number of other documents that are connected to investigative and supervisory activity of local VChK organs of the Soviet government. It shows that extraordinary practices and methods of interaction between the authorities and the society prevailed in the process of formation and reproduction of military mobilization system of the Soviet government and RCP(b).
