Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation training combined with emotional nursing intervention on fracture healing of patients with tibial fracture and their mental state. Methods A total of 80 patients with tibial fracture treated in the hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the study objects.40 patients admitted before July 2016 were treated as the control group and given clinical routine nursing. 40 patients admitted in July 2016 and later were given early rehabilitation training combined with emotional nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The fracture healing time, hospitalization time and postoperative complications of the two groups were observed and recorded, and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was evaluated. The quality of life of the two groups after nursing intervention was evaluated using the concise health measurement scale (SF-36) developed by Boston health institute. Results The fracture healing time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the Rasmussen rating was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of postoperative complications was 2.50% significantly lower than 15.00% of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The clinical efficiency of the observation group was 100.00% higher than 87.50% of the control group. The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing intervention were significantly improved compared with those before nursing intervention, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after nursing intervention. After nursing intervention, the SF-36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation training combined with emotional nursing intervention can effectively improve the fracture healing rate of tibial fracture patients, significantly improve the adverse psychological state of patients, and significantly improve the prognosis and quality of life of patients. The postoperative complications of patients are less, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
