Observation on curativeeffects of Xingnaojing injection in combination with Ozagrel on acute carbon monoxidepoisoning

Abstract

：Objective To observe thecurative effect on using Xingnaojing injection combination with Ozagrel to treat the oldpatients with acute caron monoxide poisoning. Methods According to the order of admissiontime, divided sixty-eight old patients with actute carbon monoxide poisoning into thecontrol group (Hospitalized before December 2007, 30 cases) and the treatment groups(Hospitalized after January 2008 , 38 cases).The control group was treated withconventional treatment, which is hyperbaric oxygem treatment(HBO). Couple with thetreatment of the control group, the treatment group was added xingnaojing injection andozagrel.The revival rates within 24 h of the two groups were compared.Maked a follow-upvisit for 8 weeks, compared the DEACMP's (Delayed encephalopathy after acute carbonmonoxide poisoning) formation rate betweent two groups.Results In the reatment group,therevival rate (84.2%) within 24h was higher than that (66.7%) in the control group. 8 weekslater, the DEACMP's formation rate (13.1%)decreases obviously.The differences weresignificant (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion On the basis of HBO and convertional treatment, using xinaojinginjection and ozagrel to treat the old patients with actute carbon monoxide poisoning canobviously promote early revival,and cut the DEACMP's formation rate.
