Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy on patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods Ninty patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into two groups:control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given intravenous thrombolytic therapy with urokinase and alteplase,respectively.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The number of patients with complications in the observation group was significantly less than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).LVEF and LVEDD levels of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of alteplase intravenous thrombolytic therapy on patients with acute myocardial infarction is very satis factory.
