Abstract

Low temperature electrical resistivity and magnetic susceptibility measurements are reported for Mo Co alloys in which the impurity concentration ranges from 0.1 to 1.0 at. % Co. The results exhibit localized moment behavior and demonstrate the formation of a spin-compensating quasibound state with a Kondo temperature of 20 → 40°K.
