Abstract

Considering the increasing discussion on Mindset within the business field in the past years, this article aimed to map this Mindset field through a bibliometric review. Within this bibliometry, it was noted that the Growth Mindset occupies an embryonic part of the discussion, and because of this, the article also sought to bring what has been discussed on the topic in the business field, through a systematic review. The two studies were carried out using the Web of Science database, from 2004 to 2019. From the systematic review, it appears that the discussions on the Growth Mindset in Administration focused mainly on the field of consumer behavior, but also with few works on the ​​behavioral strategy and leadership areas. The article discusses the main results and conclusions of those articles, as well as points out their main limitations and suggestions for future research.
