Abstract

The review draft outlines problem analyses of various contemporary cultural texts and old-time writings, forming our collective memory, published in the book Literatura grozi myśleniem (Literature May Make You Think) by Piotr Kołodziej. As the author argues, educational issues described by Kołodziej may interest not only teachers and academic methodologists. The didactic model presented by the researcher from Kraków is worth exploring by both students and representatives of diverse disciplines of Polish studies since Kołodziej shows what good methodology is, and consequently what good school – which educates young people humanistically – can be valued.
