Abstract

The junior and senior high school years present the only opportunity for what formal nutrition education most Americans are exposed to. Therefore, it is important that the subject be taught thoroughly and in an interesting manner. These beliefs led us to undertake a study of select,ed schools in a large metropolitan area in Massachusetts.
