Abstract
Rationale: Nutritional interventions are essential for maintaining nutritional status in head and neck cancer (HNC) patients during chemoradiotherapy (CRT). Current guidelines provide little information on the dietetic care process, the nutrition prescription and gastrostomy placement and removal policy. The aim of this study is to assess variations in nutritional interventions during CRT among the Dutch Head and Neck Oncology Centers (HNOCs).
