Abstract

Objective To explore fast track surgery in postoperative rehabilitation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods From December 2013 to April 2014 , 120 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the obser -vation group and the control group , the control group was received routine nursing , the observation group was given f fast track surgery nurs-ing, two groups were compared with postoperative rehabilitation.Results There was no significant difference of operation time between two groups (P〉0.05) .Preoperative hypoglycemia, hungry, thirsty group of postoperative nausea and vomiting , sore throat, infection rate in the observation were less than those in the control group , with statistical significance (P〈0.05) .The recovery of bowel sound , eating time, ambulation time , exhaust time , defecation time , hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group , blood glucose time was lower than that in the control group , with statistical significance ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusions Fast track surgery can accelerate rehabilitation and reduce the complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy .
