Abstract
Objective To investigate the nursing of post-operational patients of renal transplantation complicated with severe pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 22 post-operational patients of renal transplantation complicated with severe pulmonary infection were applied psychological care, medicine management, ventilator-assisted care.Results In this group, 16 patients (72%) were cured , 5 patients (23%) died and 1 patient (5%) missfollowed.Conclusions Specific psychological intervention, the use of antibiotics and ventilator-assisted are important for recovering of post-operational patients complicated with severe pulmonary infection.
