Abstract
近10余年来,腹腔镜技术在胃肠道恶性肿瘤中得到广泛应用,具有术后疼痛轻、胃肠道功能恢复快、下床早、住院时间短、腹壁瘢痕小及对机体免疫功能影响小等优点.但腹腔镜技术在胃上部癌手术治疗中的应用,国内外报道例数较少.我科2004年5月开展腹腔镜下胃上部癌根治术,共行53例,取得了较好的疗效,现报道如下。
