Abstract
目的 探讨老年痴呆尿毒症病人行维持性血液透析的护理对策.方法 对2002年1月至2006年6月23例老年痴呆尿毒症病人行维持性血液透析的护理进行回顾性总结分析.结果 所有病人内瘘管及穿刺静脉血管保护良好,生活基本能自理,能顺利完成维持性血液透析的全过程.结论 做好细致的围透析期心理护理,提供亲切、舒适、安全的透析环境,严密观察病情的变化,采用恰当的护理措施,满足病人的基本需求,是老年痴呆尿毒症病人顺利完成维持性血液透析的保证。
