Abstract

Objective To study the nursing effect of cognitive behavior intervention for patients with postoperative breast cancer chemotherapy.Methods In our hospital from 2012 to 2013,46 cases of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) dysfunction during postoperative chemotherapy were given specific cognitive behavioral intervention,nursing effects before and after intervention in patients were compared.Results The MMSE scale scores before intervention patients was (26.12 + 1.23),after intervention patients with MMSE scale total score was (28.73+1.09) points,including memory,attention and memory score were significantly increased (all P < 0.01).Conclusion The targeted behavior intervention according to the reasons and phenomena of MCI,has a positive significance in improving breast cancer chemotherapy patients with MCI illness,worthy for clinical consideration.
