Abstract
Objective To discuss the main points of nursing cooperation in the tracheobronchial stent insertion guided by electrobronchoscope, Methods Patients with airway stenosis that were caused by a variety of reasons received tracheobronchial stent insertion with electrobronchoscope guidanee. All patients were accepted sufficient preparation before operation and nursing cooperation during operation and careful observing after operation. Result The dyspneic respiration was significantly decreased significantly in 32 patients with trachoobronchial stent insertion. All these patients were followed-up for three months; the symptoms of complication were rare. Conclusion The life-qualities of patients were improved by tracheobronchial stent insertion and nursing cooperation. Key words: Electrobronchoscope; Airway stenosis; Tracheobronchial stent; Nursing
