Abstract

In this paper, combining with the possible battlefield threat mechanism of engineering equipment on the battlefield and aiming at the typical structural parts of a certain type of equipment, a numerical simulation study of fragment damage is carried out based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA software. By calibrating the material parameters of the wearing parts, the damage phenomenon caused by different impact speeds to the wearing parts is analyzed. For the tank material is Q345B steel, outer plate thickness of 3mm box, calculated by simulation at 1000m/s impact speed, tungsten alloy fragments cause the tank to be broken down, front material hole size of 1.4x4.14cm. The research results can provide theoretical reference for battlefield protection design of engineering equipment.
