Abstract

The paper gives a detail account of how to develop an integrated tester for the hydraulic system on a certain type of equipment. The research shows the design and selection of the systems hardware and analyzing software, putting forward the application of key technologies as multi-channel sensor and automatic identification technology, multi-channel interference technology and data acquisition software based on virtual instrument. The evaluation and analysis of the practical applied results proves that the tester fulfills better the online monitor and fault diagnosis for the system, thus achieving the expected goal. The paper as well as shows the direction for improvement in enhancing the universality of the tester and completing the failure case base.
