Abstract
Este artículo aborda las nuevas tendencias de la literatura del colapso medioambiental, contextualizándolas mediante estudios teóricos recientes sobre el tema (colapsología, Extinction Studies, antropología simétrica de Bruno Latour, catastrofismo ilustrado de Jean-Pierre Dupuy). Se delimita el corpus de estudio a partir de tres características básicas, articuladas desde la intención realista: la modalidad de lo imposible cierto, abundancia de datos y un cronotopo próximo. Se analizan textos literarios con esas características y orientados hacia una finalidad constructiva, de autores en lengua inglesa y francesa.
